HORRIBLE SERVICE
“I had crockett's come out to inspect and clean my tank. I even gave JOHN the cell phone number of the county health inspector so he could give him the report of his findings. Later the county health inspector notified me that crockett's had not done an inspection and that it would need to be done again. I contacted John Crockett and he proceeded to be very rude and called me a d@#n liar and said he was there to only clean the tank. (which the health inspector asked me why crocketts only cleaned my tank out half way, it was still filled with large amounts of solids) Why else would I give this man the health inspectors number if I only needed a half-a$$ tank cleaning and not a tank inspection ??? I have tried to politley contact Mr. Crockett about this matter...he just hangs up on me. I would not recommend Crocketts Septic Tank Service to anyone. Poor service, false information, and horrible customer courtesy. \n” -
