This is one of the worst companys out there that have the worst customer service and thay are dishonest this commpany brokers toilets and raises the price by 30% or more

RUN!! Worst Service Ever

I am a minister and own a wedding venue and rented a portable restroom for All American Waste Services for a month, with weekly service/cleaning. My experience with them was to say the least, A NIGHTMARE. They are a third party who contract there services out to other sub contractors, in my case a company called United. I specifically rented an event unit in either a gray or tan color, not the standard blue or green. When United arrived with the unit, it was green. I explained that I specifically requested gray or tan. However, All American Waste never relayed that information to them. United graciously returned later that day with a tan unit. Three weeks later, I e-mailed and faxed All American Waste the cancellation call off order. More than a week later, the unit was still here. I called All American Waste to make sure I wasnt being billed for that extra time and to inform them that I had a wedding scheduled for the following Friday, so I requested that they not come on that particular day. However, I was told that their system was down and that they would call back before the end of the day. I never heard from them again. Eleven days after I send the call off order I tried to call All American Waste. I reached an automated answering service and was unable to leave a message because the voice mail box was full. I then sent another e-mail stating my concerns and again asking that they not come on that Friday to pick up the unit due to the wedding being held that day. Well, to my horror, just as the wedding was beginning, the maintenance truck showed up to clean/service the unit, not pick it up! All American Waste never informed United about the cancellation nor the wedding being held that day! As far as United was concerned, the unit was still active and they had come to service it. I was forced to break away from my clients to address the situation in front of their guests. The United representative then contacted his superiors to resolve the matter. All this in the midst of a wedding, a completely embarrassing situation for me. I returned to complete the wedding ceremony with the service truck parked in view of my clients and their guests. As if that werent bad enough, the service man had to actually attend the wedding as he waited to speak to me. Again, All American Waste had not relayed any cancellation or wedding information to United. After this awful experience, over the next month I tried calling All American Waste multiple times only to receive a mail box full message. I sent 4 additional e-mails requesting an invoice for the unit, which they had never provided. This is the e-mail response I finally received from Ben, their Regional Sales Manager: Attached is the invoice for your rental; My records indicate that this has been sent to you multiple times in the past so I'm not sure why you are stating that there are communication problems. In regards to your future rentals, please take your business directly to United or another provider as my company will no longer take orders from yourself or for delivery to this address after the issues with your first rental from my company. Wow!!! Ben had the nerve to imply that I was responsible for the issues. I responded to explain to him my experience and that these issues were a result of them not providing United with any instructions nor relaying my concerns, to which Ben replied with additional condescending comments. Not only was my experience with All American one of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had, but Bens unprofessional attitude is only surpassed by his ego. By the way, I found a local company, that I am now dealing with directly, who not only offer a better, bigger unit at a 30% less expensive rate, their customer service is impeccable. I would highly recommend that you dont waste your time or effort on All American Waste Service.
